Tarara-Amarilla Wood Flooring

Tarara-Amarilla has also been known as Canary-Wood, as a hardwood floor colour of Tarara-Amarilla varies significantly from a light yellow-orange to a dark reddish-brown, with dark thin long streaks.

As wood flooring, the light yellow sapwood significantly stands out from the heartwood where the colour darkens with age that enhances the straight grain and can be erratic between planks.

Maples & Birch ethically only sell Tarara-Amarilla that is milled from trees sourced from sustainable ethical farmed forests which are regulated by ethical environmental groups/bodies that govern the planets valuable environmental forests.

The overall appearance is uniformed with fine to medium textured grain with visible natural lustre, Tarara-Amarilla is considered to be very durable and resistant to normal decay and to termite. As wood flooring Tarara-Amarilla is structurally harder wearing to American Cherry and White Oak and is naturally sourced from FSC® regulated farmed forest.
